What to do when a student notifies you of a cancellation.

Remember: All Student cancellations must go through the FMC office!

Even if a student is canceling weeks in advance, the FMC office must be notified of all cancellations. This way we can confirm the eligibility for reschedules and teacher compensation.

 

If your student calls or texts you to cancel their lesson before the day of, kindly remind them to reach out to the office as well. They can give us a call or send us a quick email. 

 

If your student calls or texts you to cancel their lesson the day of, let them know that you appreciate that they reached out to you but that they still need to contact the office of the cancellation.

 

If your student is unable to reach out to the office, please contact us on their behalf to notify us of the cancellation. We will then send your student a cancellation inquiry to confirm the cancelled lesson.
