B. All lessons are paid in advance. Students who wish to schedule three or more lessons in any given month, will be required to pay for that month in advance.
C. Specific lesson dates, times, and instructor can only be guaranteed for those students who are paying for the month in advance or semester.
D. Students will receive an invoice by mail or email approximately 5-7 business days prior to the beginning of the month. Payment is due on the first of the month.
E. Only students who select our Credit Card Auto-Pay feature will receive discounted monthly lesson rates.
F. Deeply discounted semester rates are available for the prepayment in total of weekly lessons through the course of our semester.
G. For all new students who do not elect to enroll in our semester plan, there is a one-time $25 registration fee.
H. All payments must be sent directly to Forbes Music Company, or be made by credit card on our website. Checks are to be made payable to Forbes Music Company. Checks given to instructor or made payable to instructor will NOT be accepted.
I. If payment is not received by the due date, student authorizes Forbes Music Company to charge total amount due to credit card on file or deduct amount due from deposit, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
J. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.
K. All necessary business and payment inquiries must officially be conducted through Forbes Music Company.
B. If you would like to cancel or reschedule a lesson to make up, you must do so before 3:00 pm the day before. If a client fails to notify the office before 3:00 pm the day before, the lesson will be forfeited, and a charge for the full amount of the lesson will result. This includes student's first lesson.
C. The number of make-up lessons is commensurate with the pricing plan a student wishes to purchase.
1. Monthly Lessons: For months in which three or more lessons are scheduled, one make-up allowed per month, with cancellation notice before 3:00PM the day before schedule lesson.
2. Semester Plan: Three make-ups total, with cancellation notice before 3:00PM the day before scheduled lesson.
D. Extreme Weather: In the event of inclement weather such as snow, hurricanes or other comparable conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel lessons without any financial obligation to the students. In this situation, a client can choose to have the amount deducted from the following monthly bill or can choose to have a make up lesson.
E. Teacher Absence or Cancellation: Any missed class due to the cancellation of the teacher will be made up without penalty to the student.
F. Make-up lessons expire one year from date of missed lesson.
G. Make-up lessons that are missed or canceled due to a student cancellation will not be rescheduled and will be forfeited.
B. Students taking monthly lessons that elect to discontinue with lessons remaining will NOT be refunded for uncompleted lessons.
B. Lessons purchased with a gift certificate expire one year from date of purchase. No exceptions.
B. If an adult or guardian is not present at the time of lesson, our instructor will not be able to teach that lesson, and the lesson will be forfeited.
